The numbers just kept climbing up as bidding intensified between trainer Steve Asmussen and agent Donato Lanni alongside trainer Bob Baffert on Day 2 of the Ocala Breeders’ Sales March 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale with all eyes of Hip 546, a Good Magic colt consigned by Top Line Sales. At the end of the bidding, the hammer was dropped at $2 million with Lanni signing the ticket for Amr Zedan’s Zedan Racing Stables to top the sale thus far.
